My story
We didn’t know each other— but we were childhood classmates once. Back then, we w ere just names on a roll call. I changed schools. He changed schools. Time passed, like pages torn out too fast to read.
Years later, after 10th grade—during those strange, quiet days of the pandemic— I started talking with some old school friends again. That’s when we met. As strangers. Again.
I had no memory he’d ever been my classmate. Neither did he. But fate has a habit of laughing at us kindly.
We didn’t talk much at first. Then, one random day, I called him and said, “You came in my dream.” And that—somehow—became the beginning.
After that, we spoke every day. We shared every bit of our lives— what made us laugh, what wore us down. We argued, made up, wandered new places, fought mornings, conquered nights.
